This home required custom duct work. This home had an underslab duct system. It was delapitated and couldn't meet any Indoor Air Quality Standard codes as built by the time the home reached a certain age. The sono-tube duct system existing has collapsed and disentegrated to let dirt and soil into the old duct and heat/air register system. This application can be used for a flat roof or for an attic and pitched roof. Trane xl1400 heating and air conditioning rooftop can make a huge difference. The duct sytem here was installed for maximum air flow delivery and provided substancially more heating and cooling for this homeowner. The home had a very short parapet on the outer wall. We walked down the sidewalk across the street and could see no duct because of careful effort to keep it low and unobtrusive for the neighborhood.
