Pricing of Systems Select your brand, select your sizing of equipment and let BNG enterprises install your heating and cooling equipment to best suit your building, home or office. Radiant heating units are also serviced and/or replaced by BNG. All flue gas venting, return air additions may be included if the installation is considered a standard job. Additional charges may apply to certain circumstances. Properly designed equipment closets are the key.

Roof top and outdoor self contained heating and air unit customers.
All roof top heating and air conditioning units for new installation or replacement will be priced according to and on site inspection. All duct systems are custom built and designed for each application and maximum performance. Standard residential change outs start at $(being revised) Standard new residential installs with duct system included start at $(being revised) Commercial and industrial applications will all be bid on site inspection for proper sizing , make up air and all affected compliance and performance issues weather 3 phase or single phase. 7 ton to 40 ton units can be installed for any building. Apartment complexes with single phase roof top units will need and on site assessment for cost of replacement and compliance. A typical cost for an apartment unit package replacement unit at 2 tons would be $(being revised). Heat pumps are available to all customers with electrical capacities required for such proper operation or system requirements for hybrid heating and cooling with outdoor coils in the ground far below frost-line. All SEER ratings for package units are less than the slit system central air systems can deliver as a rule. What the outdoor package unit offers is often good reliability.

Teledyne Engineering radiant heating low-pressure water boilers.
Excellent replacement unit for any under slab/ in floor or base board radiant heated home or office. 100,000 btu per hour input and up to 83% efficient unit. Installation of new radiant heating unit includes boiler and all hook-ups. 1 ¼ copper return and supply lines hooked Expansion tank replaced. Quick fill, and or pressure reducer make-up and fill water unit. Pressure relief valve tie-in. Flue pipe with automatic damper. Wiring to existing zone/ or telestat valves. Additional thermostats not included, replacement of zone valve manifolds and mixing valves not included. Replacement of each room and or zone thermostats not included.

Notes for heating and air conditioning replacement.
If you have mostly 8 and 9 foot ceilings apply 1 ton or 12,000 btu's per hour for every 450 square feet of your home and or office for cooling needs. Remember that a high traffic and largely staffed office building may have much more then the cooling needs per square foot than a home. If you have a residence, realize that you will need about 1000 btu's per hour of heating for every 20 square feet. These apply to most heat gain and heat loss situations. BNG Enterprises Inc is a small friendly company and does quality work for the quality people of New Mexico. All work will be scheduled with a down payment negotiated by owner, and booked when equipment is secured. All of BNG Enterprises customers agree to a non-litigation contract. All of BNG replacement for heating and air conditioning weather new installations, add on , additions or new construction come with a minimum 2 year warranty of all workmanship, labor, equipment and materials. Each replacement or installation shall be considered all on its own for compliance, safety, efficiency, expectation and total application. Refrigerant selections of 410a and r-22 are available to all customers in most product lines. R-=410a products cost more than listed. "The Bad Stuff" r-12 is no longer in use. Any upgrade to a 90% plus afue rated gas or propane furnace will be and increase in cost. Less gas consumption is better but realize the increased equipment cost. Any ductwork needing upsized, replaced, added to, or modified will be bid on an individual basis. All pricing subject to change without website update.
